Same Tale '09

I dare not write,
What it is I feel inside
I fear the power,
To predict that outcome

If only I knew where it was,
In this bond you lie
This stories always been so predictable
You hold the gun

This unfathomable, spherical object
Can I hold it?
Just leave it in the lonesome pine
Nobodies business

The same old tale, down this coequal road,
Is how they told it
I hear the same ending time after time,
It does not feel finished

Lust or complete Jiberish

Before my face, there it sits
An eye I must be missing

In all my haste, It will be missed
Those lips I won't be kissing

They say it's blind, through write and rhyme
Such desultory talk

All along the arms of time, a fool will find
The indomitable mock

Like blue skies, so debonair
To the blackavised night

Butterflies steal the air
Such a blessing in disguise

Anon we'll walk this plank
Sharks beneath our feet

Although our ship has sank
Fate has begun to speak

Summer '09

Only Those Bold Enough To Chase Dreams, Are Those Who Will Catch Them

Nearby as a thought, Invisible as a prayer
Where are we? How is it we got here?

From the cares of a crook, to your lovers look
All wandering, Our lives peripatetic

Seems as if I've reached the end, ah I finally feel beginning
A pasts waste of taste and stonewalling

The emptiness that appeals to distract, void we try and fill
Will forever last, to continuously spill

That body that I seem to miss, Hell, feels so oneiric
Though I feel it shading in, Heaven, I can hear it

Over heartbeats we'll create melodies
Under times stop, make memories

Untitled

First loves ignorance is that it can ever end,
Have self awareness of your real best friend.

This course may never run smooth,
Left to ponder, if not me, Who?

If ever you pick up what I put down,
be sure to make sure I'm still around.

As a whole to you it's never enough,
Patiently waiting that missing spot.

Move on and make memories with lust,
come back when you find no love like us.

These attractions that keep you steady,
tis a shame it's mandatory to be a 'somebody'.
